Gennette Roberson Marshall, 73, of Georgia, formerly of Warren, passed away October 12, 2023. Born April 27, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Clifton Sr. and Gennie Nimmer Roberson.
She was a soft-spoken, sweet, no-nonsense type of person who was loved by many and will truly be missed.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Marshall Sr.; stepmother, Pauline Roberson; siblings, Rose Rochell, Michael Roberson.
Gennette is survived by her sons, Scottie Roberson (Ethel) of Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan Farmer (Vanessa) of Warren; stepchildren, Ervin Marshall Jr., Michelle Marshall, Bryan Marshall all of Warren, Tonya Williams of Houston, Texas; siblings, Evelyn Mickles (Leon) of Fort Worth, Texas, Johnic Lanigan (James), Gerdie Roberson, Falando Roberson all of Little Rock, Clifton Roberson Jr. of San Antonia, Texas; a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service was held October 21, at West Central Church of Christ in Warren with Bro. Jamie Rochell officiating. Burial was in Childs Cemetery in Banks. Arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home.
