Holy Deliverance Church of God in Christ in Warren will celebrate the fourth anniversary of Pastor Terry Correll and Lady Ruth Correll with a special service on Sunday, August 23.
The anniversary celebration will begin at 3 p.m. at Holy Deliverance COGIC, located at 1109 South Myrtle Street in Warren.
The service will commemorate four years of faithful leadership and service by Pastor Correll and his wife to the Holy Deliverance congregation.
Special guests for the afternoon will be There Is Hope Church of God in Christ of Pine Bluff, along with Superintendent Earl Glass and Missionary Amanda Glass.
The celebration is centered around Jeremiah 3:15, which speaks of God giving His people pastors who will lead them with knowledge and understanding.
Members of the community are invited to attend and join the congregation in honoring Pastor Terry and Lady Ruth Correll and thanking God for their continued service and leadership.
The event is open to everyone.
