WOODLAWN, Ark. — The Woodlawn School District is recognizing a group of Woodlawn High School students who earned college credit by scoring a 3 or higher on Advanced Placement (AP) exams during the 2025-26 school year.
The district congratulated the students in a social media post, praising their hard work and academic achievement.
Students receiving qualifying scores in AP Language & Composition are:

- Leah Brewer
- Annaliese Brown
- Rylie Burris
- Cash Hargis
- Alivia Nixon
Students earning college credit in AP Literature & Composition are:
- Elizabeth Nachelle Bass
- Tyner Burris
- Emily Chapman
- Isaac Lowe
Students recognized for qualifying scores in AP United States History are:
- Brinley Allred
- Annaliese Brown
- Rylie Burris
- Cash Hargis
- Rhett Hendricks
Several students earned recognition in more than one subject. Brinley Allred, Annaliese Brown, Rylie Burris, and Cash Hargis each qualified for college credit in both AP Language & Composition and AP United States History.
Advanced Placement courses offer high school students the opportunity to complete college-level coursework while still in high school. Students who earn qualifying scores on AP exams may receive college credit or advanced placement at many colleges and universities.
The district celebrated the students’ accomplishments, highlighting Woodlawn High School’s tradition of academic excellence under the school’s motto: “Small School | Big Tradition | Bear Pride.”
